About Me
Joe Veyera is an editor at Factal, a Seattle-based breaking news verification startup.
He previously served as editor of the Queen Anne & Magnolia News — a neighborhood weekly with a circulation of 11,000 — as well as staff reporter for Pacific Publishing's chain of hyperlocal newspapers, and as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Washington Daily.
He also served as a columnist for Grand Salami Magazine, writing about the Seattle Mariners, and his coverage of the WNBA's Seattle Storm has been featured on Women's Hoops World and Full Court Press.
